Targeting, languages and domains

Targeting & Languages

Since my portfolio website's targeting is
a) any english speaking audience
b) specifically Russian speaking audience
my web presence should be bilingual (did i spell right?) as well.

But I am too lazy to say, type this post in both English and Russian. So i am choosing only English, since it's more international and 'standard'.

Do you think it's important to maintain delivery in two languages, since my targeting is billingual? I am of course using both English and Russian on portfolio website, so here i am talking about everything else.

Domains

Domain&hosting registrar giant GoDaddy.com is what I am using right now to buy my domain. It's such a pain in the ass, cause their usability and attitude to clients are terrible. You have to do about 10-15 clicks in your struggle to final checkout, because they are feeding you with tons of worthless irritating ads and offers. It's a classical example of overagressive very american-like company that doesn't know where to stop in order to keep their customers loyal.

Why did i go through all that? Cheap price!

update
omg! after all the hell, i couldn't check out with neither MasterCard nor Visa which usually work everywhere perfectly. Hey daddy, go to hell.
First post

Hey there.
This blog is dedicated to my persona as a web designer.
You are about to witness how my medium web designer skills are turned to...mad skillz!

I am starting to put my name as a brand in the internets. That includes building portfolio website, creating same name accounts throughout social media and maintaining them, using various freelance websites, etc.

Besides that, books are being read, tutorials are being done and i am also planning on taking some official web design oriented education courses.

This blog's layout will be modified soon as well as info updated.

Regards.
